Product Description
1. Molding System
A. Use plastic molding analysis system from Euro-America, worked in the State-of-the-art design and accurate analog-analyzing, adopt Germany advanced technology, to use center material-feeding method, double circle design, so that internal stress is dealt in a better state. 2. Extrusion System
Use a set of system of injection design and analog data analysis, which carries out real-time supervision and monitoring in accordance with plastic material type at different process sections (Feeding, Plasticization and Blending), it adjusts the screw parameter design, temperature and speed. Use Japan special steel and advanced CNC equipments.
3. Hydraulic system
Adopted VICKERS or YUKEN oil pump and valves, it is quite steady when it working, special in the high speed movement, because we use twin proportion values, the whole machine move smooth and swift, no strike, low noise, key motive force is steady. Life-***n is several times than traditional extension, and it is simple, easy to safeguard.
4. Circuit Control system
Use Japan 6" Fuji sensitive screen, America AB or SIEMNS temperature panel and PLC, Emerson parts
5. Pneumatic system
Use German FESTO or Japan-made SMC products
